CloudInbox offers two plans to meet your needs.

Free Plan

• Price: Free
• Storage: 2GB
• Email Accounts: 1 account
• Features:
  • Automatic email reception
  • Cloud mailbox
  • Encrypted storage
  • PC and smartphone support

Standard Plan

• Price: $5/month (tax included)
• Storage: 50GB
• Email Accounts: Multiple accounts
• Features:
  • Automatic email reception
  • Cloud mailbox
  • Encrypted storage
  • PC and smartphone support
  • Ad-free

※ The Standard plan is scheduled to be available by the end of February 2026.

Payment Methods

The Service is contracted on the web. Payment method details will be displayed on the Service when it becomes available.

Billing

• Billing is done on a monthly basis.
• Payment is processed automatically each month.
• The billing cycle starts from the date of subscription.

Plan Changes

• You can upgrade from the Free plan to the Standard plan at any time.
• When upgrading, the new plan will take effect immediately.
• When downgrading from the Standard plan to the Free plan, the change will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Cancellation and Refunds

• You can cancel your subscription at any time.
• Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds for usage fees are not provided in principle, except as otherwise determined by AB-Office.
